Upper Elementary Bake Sale - May 20!

Nathalie and Tori's Upper Elementary Class is almost ready for their final Bake Sale of the school year! Make sure to stop by the Pavilion 3-4 p.m. (or until sold out) this Friday, May 20. Proceeds from this sale will go toward purchasing a stand mixer for the classroom, supporting their plans for more baking next year. Offerings will be two class favorites:

Lemon poppy mini muffins - $5 a box (Cash only, please)

Classic zucchini bread mini loaves - $5 each (Cash only, please)

Don’t miss today’s Bake Sale hosted by Nathalie’s Upper Elementary class! It’s the final one for this school year and students will soon be dropping off their Spring Semester proceeds to organizations of their choice. They will be selling rainbow swirl bread, blueberry loaves, and lime pound cakes in the Pavilion beginning at 3:15. Yum! Cash only, please!

It finally feels like spring, and Primary students are busy in classroom gardens! In addition to engaging young children’s innate sense of curiosity, wonder, and joy, gardening helps children develop an appreciation for the natural world and builds the foundation for environmental stewardship, mindsets essential to taking care of our planet!
