Friday evening's performance of Annie, Jr. was outstanding! We are so proud of our Upper Elementary students and thankful for all who helped make this production possible - Parents, Teachers, Assistants, Director & Music Teacher Carissa Gibson, Assistant Director Jay Williams, Choreographer Johnna Mitchell, Director of Technology Kelcy Gatson, and Art Teachers Theresa Dean and Claire Tadeo. It wouldn’t be spring at Springmont unless Elementary classrooms were home to baby chicks! Ellen’s Upper Elementary students, pictured here, are experts at ensuring these little ones have the food, water, and warmth they need. Students also make sure our flock is accustomed to human touch, helping them become friendly, intelligent, and sociable. In addition to learning how living things grow and change, students practice responsibility, patience, and empathy and gain a deeper appreciation for the world around them. Extraordinary!
