Through thoughtful facility development, we will create a prepared environment that supports our educational mission, while ensuring long-term financial sustainability and operational resilience.

• Develop and implement a long-term campus master plan that supports our programs while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students and staff.
• Design and maintain learning environments that are reflective of Montessori principles.
• Steward our outdoor resources, including the Landschool campus, by embracing sustainable practices and environmental education.
• Implement data-driven enrollment strategies to maintain a balanced student population.
