Gini rejoined Springmont in 2026 after taking a few years away to be at home with her young daughter. She loves watching Montessori children build genuine confidence by learning through active, hands-on experiences. Outside of school, Gini enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with her friends and daughter.

Fun Fact: Gini worked at Springmont for 3 years before her daughter was born and is excited to be back!
