Jennifer "Caitlin" McKenzie

Hometown: Atlanta, GA

Caitlin joined Springmont in 2025 and loves Maria Montessori's philosophy of child development and her tactile learning materials that allow young children to learn by doing. Outside of work, Caitlin spends time with her family and sweet senior dog and enjoys walking in the beauty of nature. She is involved in a liturgical choir and is also interested in oil painting, reading, music, and films.

Fun Fact: Caitlin went parasailing while she was babysitting with a family at the beach!
