Megan came to Springmont in 2021 after researching various pedagogies while teaching in public school. She was intrigued by Montessori's child-led learning and the idea that a carefully prepared environment can help strengthen children's autonomy. In her free time, Megan spends time with her family and pets and enjoys gardening and cooking Italian and Mexican foods.

Fun Fact: Megan hates wearing shoes! She loves to walk barefoot, especially outdoors.
