The 30th Springmont Festival & Montessori Mile will be held on Saturday, October 18! Even if you aren’t a runner, all families are invited to join us on campus for the fun! The day begins with a warm-up in the Pavilion at 8:30, followed by one-mile fun runs on Long Island Drive for adults and children 6-14 years and then dashes for younger students (6 and under) on the Field. Additional activities will take place around campus after the races and are still being finalized but will include a Middle School-run Festival, a talent show, and a Chili Cook-Off!

Would your company or family like to sponsor this event? Do you also plan on attending the Springmont Auction in April? Become a sponsor of the Mile or BOTH events and help us support these community events and the joyful, purpose-driven learning that defines our school. Sponsorships are available at multiple levels, with some including an on-campus parking spot for the Mile, multiple race registrations, and reserved seating for the auction!  

Sponsorships not only support these beloved events, but 10% of every sponsorship goes directly to the Springmont Fund. This year’s fundraising will support our barnyard, outdoor play spaces for our youngest learners, Tuition Assistance, and professional development. With sponsorship levels ranging from Bronze to Platinum, there are meaningful ways for families and companies to participate, receive great benefits, and be recognized for their support. This year’s theme, Your Gift. Their Future., says it all!  Sponsoring events at Springmont is a great way to increase awareness of your business within the community, show support for our school, and enjoy a few perks! Sponsorships are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Early Bird Race Registration
All fun run and dash participants, as well as anyone wanting one of the long-sleeved commemorative t-shirts, are encouraged to register! Early Bird Race Registrations are $25 each and are due by 8 a.m. on Wednesday, September 17th.  After this date, we cannot guarantee your preferred t-shirt size, and each registration will increase to $30.
