Thank You, Book Fair Volunteers!

Thank you to all the families who came to the Book Fair last week! We are thrilled that so many of you are promoting reading at home and helping provide books for our school library. Students enjoyed discovering new titles, thoughtfully selecting books while staying within their budgets.

Thank you to the very special team of parent volunteers who helped set up, assist customers, cashier, straighten inventory and pack up. Your generous gift of time and effort has brought more knowledge, adventure, humor, mystery and imagination into the lives of our young people! Thank you, Jen Barich, Jennifer Blake, Laura Gold, Kristina Hoeft, Maggie Ilkowska, Elisabeth Johnson, Mary Hunter Maxwell, Dana McMeekin, Nisha Mehta, Shama Shah, Dara Smith and Jennifer Waldman, and a big thank you to Ann Colonna!

Despite the summer heat, Springmont’s shady Toddler Playground was the perfect setting for this morning’s Toddler Playdate. While parents/caregivers chatted with each other and school staff, children enjoyed the play structures as well as the balls, bikes, and other outdoor toys. Opportunities to connect with the school environment and other families are beneficial to students and their parents!

Celebrating Springmont’s 2025 graduates isn’t just an Atlanta thing – it’s a Florida thing, too! We hope all our graduates are spreading their wings; we look forward to seeing you back on campus for our Springmont Festival, Montessori Mile, and Alumni Brunch on Saturday, October 18, or sooner!
