Following our strategic planning work last year, we are pleased to introduce a Community Agreement that reflects the shared values and commitments that guide life at Springmont. Families will see this language included in admission materials, Annual Registration packets, and on our website. We will also invite the community to sign the agreement at the CommUNITY Dinner on Feb 21 as a shared moment to celebrate and renew our commitment to one another and to Springmont.  

All members of the Springmont community commit to:

• Upholding Springmont’s mission, core values, and Montessori philosophy in our actions and interactions.
• Fostering a respectful, inclusive, and caring environment where every child and adult feels seen, valued, and supported.
• Communicating with openness and goodwill, engaging in dialogue that strengthens trust and mutual understanding.
• Supporting students’ growth and readiness to learn through consistent routines, positive modeling, and active engagement in parent education.
• Honoring the diverse perspectives and professional expertise within our community and recognizing that strong partnerships between school and families best serve students.
• Contributing to the life of the school through community participation, volunteering, and fundraising support as able.
