Donate Books for the Middle School Market - May 14 & 15

Donate books for the Middle School Market! We are hosting a two-day Market to raise money for the educational trips that we will take next school year. A handful of us are collecting used books to resell to the Springmont community, and we would greatly appreciate your contributions! Feel free to drop off any used books in the Pavilion; a container will be waiting. Our goal is to raise money while also sharing great reads at a great cost!

Today, a small group of students from Marianna’s Upper Elementary class was delighted to be joined by Springmont grandparent Doris Zablah, who helped them make homemade tortillas from Honduras! In addition to learning new Spanish vocabulary, students learned about the ingredients, preparation, and cooking of this special meal. Immersive experiences like this one inspire authentic learning and global awareness. Thank you, Doris, Anabel, and Lawrence!
