Whether you’re lacing up your running shoes or cheering from the sidelines, we hope you’ll join us on campus for this fun-filled Springmont tradition! 

We’ll kick things off with a warm-up in the Pavilion at 8:30 a.m., followed by the one-mile fun runs on Long Island Drive for adults and children ages 6–14. Our youngest runners, ages 6 and under, will have their own dashes on the Field.

And the fun doesn’t stop when the races end! Look forward to a Middle School-run Festival, a talent show, the annual Chili Cook-Off, and more.

Ready to Run? Register Early!
All fun run and dash participants, and anyone who wants one of our long-sleeved commemorative t-shirts, should register early! 

Early Bird registration is $25 per participant through midnight on Sunday, September 27. After that, registration increases to $30, and we can no longer guarantee your preferred t-shirt size. CLICK HERE for EARLY BIRD RACE REGISTRATION.

Regular race registration opens September 28 and remains available through midnight on Sunday, October 11. 

Sponsorships
Sponsorships are now available, including NEW opportunities to sponsor both the Springmont Festival & Montessori Mile AND the Auction (scheduled for April 24, 2027)! 

Whether you’re sponsoring as a business or a Springmont family, sponsorship benefits vary and may include race registrations, an on-campus parking spot, reserved Auction seating, recognition, and more.

Plus, 10% of every sponsorship goes directly to the Springmont Fund to support outdoor play spaces for our youngest learners, Tuition Assistance, and professional development. Our theme, Your Gift. Their Future says it all!

Volunteer Opportunities
As we gear up for this year’s event, we’re excited to celebrate 31 years of “Running with a Purpose.” The Springmont Festival & Montessori Mile is a beloved event and one of the most joyful ways our community comes together, bringing students, staff, parents, grandparents, and alumni together in celebration. And, we need YOUR help to make it happen again!

Whether you’re interested in set-up, race logistics, hospitality, or general support, we welcome you to join us! If you have volunteered before, we would love to have you back! Your familiarity with the event makes you an invaluable part of our team. Of course, we warmly welcome ALL volunteers, regardless of event experience!
