2025-26 Yearbook Cover Art Contest

Calling all student artists! This year's Yearbook Cover Art Contest is now open. The theme is The Great Outdoors!

Guidelines:

Full color, original drawings (no computer images, please)
8" X 11”
Collaboration is welcome!
Artwork will not be returned and may be used for other Springmont publications, as well as the back cover and interior pages of the Yearbook.

Entries should be submitted to Andrea Restifo by Monday, November 3.

Earlier this week, Upper Elementary Teacher Thomson Chuites presented a lesson on fermentation to the Middle School Science class! Students learned about the different types of fermentation, heard about how and why they became part of food preservation techniques, and then sampled yogurt, kimchi, vinegars, and hot sauces, all fermented by Thomson’s class. Sharing expertise and exploring subject matter beyond textbooks is an essential part of the Springmont student experience. Look for the fermented items to be for sale at the Fermentation Lab Market at the Springmont Festival & Montessori Mile on October 18!
