Hometown: Powder Springs, Georgia

Leanne joined Springmont in 2025 and loves that Montessori offers individualized, hands-on experiences, allowing children to work at their own pace and pursue their own interests. Working in an environment that promotes that type of learning makes Leanne excited about coming to work each day! Outside of school, Leanne enjoys sailing, going to concerts, and exploring nature with her husband and two children.

Fun Facts: Leanne is left-handed and can roller-skate and do trick hula-hooping!
