April 28, 2025
By Leslie Wachter, Media Center Specialist

The Book Fair is almost here - Tuesday & Wednesday, May 13 & 14, 8:30 am - 3 pm! We can’t wait to share the fun! It’s a great chance to explore exciting new books and grow your home library for the summer!
Volunteers make it happen - please consider signing up for a two-hour shift using the link in Springmont Weekly News!

Shopping by Age Level:

  • Toddler, Half Day Primary, and School Day & All Day Primary students who nap on campus: Parents shop with or without their children. (Parent volunteers are unable to accommodate student shopping for this age level.)
  • Older Primary students ("Afternooners") who do not nap come to the Book Fair during the school day. A teacher will bring them, and parent volunteers will assist with shopping. Please send $15-25 cash in a labeled envelope.
  • Elementary and Middle School students may shop independently. Children should bring cash in a labeled envelope. Typically, $20-25 will cover the price of 2-3 paperback books. Parent volunteers will assist children with selection and payment.

All proceeds will benefit the Springmont Media Center. See you there!
