Springmont's CommUNITY Dinner is a well-loved Springmont tradition and a unique opportunity for our whole community to gather together to enjoy a short musical program followed by a potluck-style dinner. For the past several years, we have held the event at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, which offers a large room with a stage and sound system, seating for 500, room for our buffet tables, and plenty of parking. Additionally, they do not require that we purchase food from their caterer, which has allowed us to continue our long-standing tradition of having families bring dishes to share.  

Last week, Peachtree Road United Methodist Church (PRUMC) let us know that they could not accommodate Springmont’s CommUNITY Dinner on Feb 1 due to 100th-anniversary celebrations of their own. After contacting over a dozen other venues with no success, we have elected to return to PRUMC but must change the date to Saturday, February 22, 2025.  Please change the date on your calendars!
