Springmont parent and AKT trainer Veronica Koons invites parents/guardians to join her for a special TONE class exclusively for the Springmont community on Tuesday, October 24, beginning at 10:30 a.m. It's free and suitable for all fitness levels. If time permits, meet us at Just Love Cafe, conveniently located next to AKT Studios Perimeter for a pre-workout chat. Parking is free of charge in the garage of the apartment complex.
