Field Day is just FOUR days away! Please note that we cannot accommodate spectators, but we still need a few more volunteers for our Elementary event. Click the link in Springmont Weekly News to sign up today!

We are keeping a close eye on the weather forecast and hope we can continue with the plans as outlined below. (If we must alter our plans due to inclement conditions, Toddler & Primary events will move indoors but remain on Friday, Elementary plans will be postponed until Monday, and Middle School students will participate in a fun event off campus on Friday.)

Plans for this Friday are currently as follows:

• ALL students should arrive at their usual times ready to have fun!
  • Please have children dressed in clothing that can get wet and messy. Closed-toed shoes are a MUST!
  • Please apply sunscreen and send students with their reusable water bottles.
• Toddlers will have Field Day in the morning. We ask that at least one parent or adult from each family walk around the stations with their child. Please plan to drop off your child on campus as usual and then park at 6000 Lake Forrest Dr. and ride the shuttle to campus. ALL Toddler students will be dismissed 11:45-12:00. Classes will not be in session in the afternoon, and All Day care will not be offered.
• Primary classes will have Field Day in the morning. ALL Primary students will be dismissed via carpool 11:45-12:00. Classes will not be in session in the afternoon, and All Day care will not be offered.
• ALL Elementary classes will have Field Day in the afternoon and be dismissed via carpool 3:00-3:15 (15 minutes early for Upper Elementary students). Extended Day will not be offered.
• The Middle School will support younger classes in the morning and participate in Field Day in the afternoon. Dismissal will be 15 minutes early, 3:00-3:15. Extended Day will not be offered.

Volunteers and Toddler parents - please remember that all parking is off campus at 6000 Lake Forrest Dr.
