While this week marks National Teacher Appreciation Week, Springmont recognizes our fantastic teachers closer to the end of the school year! Here are two opportunities for Springmont Families:

Employee Appreciation Luncheon hosted by SPA – Wednesday, May 21st 
To show our appreciation for another year of helping our children grow and thrive, families are invited to contribute to a delicious potluck meal for the teachers, assistants, and staff. There are many ways to contribute to this event, whether you are a master chef, simply enjoy decorating, or prefer to provide paper goods. Click the link in Springmont Weekly News to sign up! 

End-of-Year Appreciation Pool
The Springmont Appreciation Pool is another way to show our gratitude to all our teachers, assistants, specialists, and non-administrator staff for everything they do for our children all year long.  Rather than organizing classroom-specific collections, SPA and Room Parents encourage families to contribute to a centralized cash gift collection that is pooled and evenly divided into cash gifts for all non-administrator Springmont employees as a gift from all Springmont families (anonymously, no names attached).  
Please contribute any amount that you can by Friday, May 16th. Participation is voluntary, of course, but please give if you can, and no amount is too small!  You may also wish to recognize employees in your own way, separately from the Pool. Information about how to contribute via Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or cash will be shared by Room Parents via email.
