Elementary Parent Education Series: The Mathematical Mind

We are excited to invite all parents/guardians to the third session in our Elementary Parent Education Series: The Mathematical Mind on Tuesday, October 17, beginning at 4:30.

How do the Montessori math lessons and materials support your child's brain development through concentration and mastery? Dr. Montessori believed that all children were born with a mathematical mind. She defined this as a natural tendency for exactness, orientation, and order, usually manifested in older children as a capacity for logical and systematic thinking. Join us as we present various lessons with the math materials to further develop your understanding of both your child's experience and the amazing Montessori math curriculum!

Light refreshments will be served.
Complimentary childcare is available 4:30-5:30 for currently enrolled students via the RSVP form linked below.
Due to limited on-campus parking, we ask that each family bring just one vehicle to campus.

Yesterday evening’s Middle School Commencement ceremony was extraordinary! Hearing the fond memories, words of wisdom, and appreciation for their families, teachers, and Springmont experiences directly from each graduate was awe-inspiring! We wish each of these determined, collaborative, effective, and resourceful graduates all the best in the next chapters of their lives!
