The Springmont Board of Trustees and administration are excited to announce the start of a strategic planning process that will guide our school's path for the years ahead. This collaborative effort will involve students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and alumni families to create a shared vision that builds on our strengths and ensures we continue providing an exceptional educational experience. We will work together to define our priorities and create a roadmap for achieving them. We are engaging Abbi DeLessio and  Marc Frankel, two of the partners in the Triangle Associates consultancy, to engage with us in this work. Triangle is well-known for strategy in the private, independent school sector and is one of the few such firms with deep experience working in Montessori environments. Look out for updates and opportunities to participate as we make this important journey through what remains of this school year and into the fall.  

The first opportunity to participate is by completing our annual parent survey, which has been modified with some additional strategic planning questions. We ask that you take time (15 min or less, we promise) to complete this survey. We will use this information to help measure our success and plan for next year and beyond! Look for the link and QR code in Springmont Weekly News. The due date for survey responses is May 15.
