As announced at Friday’s Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast, parents Anupa Deshpande (center) and Laura Gibson (right) are our 2024-25 Volunteers of the Year! Both have served our school community in several capacities this year, including on our Strategic Planning Committee, at our Landschool Work Weekend, and as caretakers of our barnyard animals on weekends and during school breaks. Thank you, Anupa and Laura, for your dedication and selfless gifts of time and energy!

Yesterday, Livia’s Lower Elementary Class visited Island Ford Park, where they learned about birdsongs and rock formations, visited the interactive museum, hiked, and enjoyed a picnic lunch! Exploring nature fosters Stewardship of the Environment by promoting an understanding, appreciation, and desire to protect the natural world.

The Upper Elementary production of Disney's Newsies Jr. performed on Friday evening, was awesome! Kudos to our students and Music Teacher Stefanie Freinkel, and a big THANK YOU to all who helped make this an amazing experience for our students and families! Opportunities to work as an ensemble benefit students as they learn to collaborate, cooperate, and support one another!
