Nicole, who has been at Springmont since 2016, first learned about Montessori from a college friend who had been a Montessori student. Her friend was well-rounded and confident and encouraged Nicole to look into becoming a Montessori teacher. Nicole loves pizza, has a dog and two cats, and likes to travel with her husband.

Fun Fact: Nicole's family lives on a cattle farm in Illinois.
